No. This is a request-based sourcing service. The model references and illustration show our sourcing focus; they are not a stock list. Supplier availability is confirmed for each offer.

What does “checked” mean?

Checks vary by supplier and item. We distinguish label and visual checks, power-on checks and documented functional tests. A quote states what has actually been checked. We do not describe an untested item as tested working.

How do payment and shipping work?

Initial orders require payment before we purchase the parts in Japan: the full item cost, agreed service fee and estimated shipping deposit. We confirm availability and agree the scope, currency, freight reconciliation, import charges, quote validity and refund terms in writing before payment. Procurement starts only after the required funds have been received and supply is confirmed. This page is not a binding offer or a guarantee of delivery.
